What is the Epilab Diode laser hair removal treatment?

Summer Clinic chooses to use “The Epilab Diode laser” for hair removal treatment, a laser for body hair removal imported from Germany and certified by the U.S. FDA standards so you can be assured of high safety. It can be used with all skin colors to remove unwanted hair in all parts of the body. Dr.Jule chooses to use a Cooling Tip head that provides coolness while laser so you will not feel pain and certainly does not cause irritation to the skin.

Treatment takes only 10-15 minutes, then the hairs will start to fall off by themselves after using the Diode laser. You can see the results from the first time. The hair will become lighter, thinner, and grow much slower in every treatment. We recommend continuing treatment once a month and repeat the treatment 8-10 times to stop the hair growth.

What is The Epilab Diode laser? How does it work?

The Epilab Diode laser is a laser device that uses the principle of “Selective Photothermolysis” to destroy the target cells. It is highly safe with certified U.S. FDA standard which you can see results from the first time. It removes hair deep down to the hair roots, less pain, and you can now experience a million-worth device at a low price !

The device has 2 wavelengths; wavelength 810 nm (80%) to eliminate melanin in hair follicles and wavelength 940 nm (20%) to destroy the capillaries that feed the hair roots. When these two waves work together, it can help to destroy the hair follicles until it grows slowly. The hair will significantly grow slower. Moreover, the device can measure the melanin level of individual skin color so it can be used with all skin colors safely. The Cooling Tip system of this device can help protect the skin and reduce the risk of burning skin during the treatment.

  • Avoid water exposure around laser area within the first 48 hours after the treatment
  • Avoid unnecessary sunlight for 1-2 weeks
    Apply body lotion regularly to add moisture to the laser area
  • Avoid apply deodorant products for 2-3 days to reduce irritation, in case of do hair removal around armpit area
  • Avoid activities with heat such as sauna and streaming within 2-3 days
